Magnesium lactate is a chemical compound with the molecular formula Mg(C3H5O3)2*2H2O. It represents the magnesium lactate acid salt, from which it is derived. It is a result of the action of lactic acid on magnesium hydroxide or magnesium carbonate, and is a powder of fine crystalline structure with a white color. Magnesium lactate easily dissolves in water while practically not being able to dissolve at all in ethanol.
Magnesium lactate is a compound that is easily assimilable by the body. Magnesium is a fundamental regulator of the cellular cycle, (i.e. determines the correct concentration of potassium in the cell). Together with phosphor and calcium, it takes part in the development of bone structure.
Magnesium lactate formerly existed as a food additive under the number E329. It is a chemical compound used in the food industry, and is a common ingredient in many diet supplements.
• constant weakness
• impaired concentration and attention
• reduced resistance to stress
• trembling and tingling of hands
• mental and physical hyperactivity
• restlessness, anxiety and irritability
• heart flutter
• sudden palpitations
• muscle spasms
Magnesium demand does not concern the whole of the magnesium salt (in this case lactate) but only element ions, which are assimilated by the body of a specific commercial product.
2 times a day, 200 mg of magnesium after a meal (4 grams - 2 x 2grams of 10% calcium lactate per day).
(The content of magnesium ions - 10% - that is, 1g of magnesium lactate is 100mg of pure Mg 2+ ions.)
B6 vitamin increases the effectivenes of magnesium's function by facilitating its absorption, transportation to the body's cells, and the maintaining of its intracellular stock.
Potassium- this combination is recommended for older individuals, for those with high blood pressure or any other vardio-vascular problems.
Inform your doctor if you are also taking:
• The sodium salt of polystyrene sulfonate (Kayexalate, Kionex), sodium cellulose phosphate
• Antibiotics containing tetracycline
• Bisphosphonates (eg. Alendronate), a thyroid medicine (eg. L-thyroxine), or quinolone antibiotics (eg. Ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin)
• It should not be combined with other supplements containing magnesium.
Allergic reactions in extreme cases: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
In case of overdose- diarrhea, bloating, stomach roztrój, drowsiness, blurred vision, slow heart rate, trouble breathing.

Our website contains objective and reliable information based on current scientific publications. We care about maintaining a high level of quality standards in the articles we publish by keeping our site up-to-date and making sure the information we place on it is clear and transparent. The authors of the website content are scientists from UJ, a neuropsychologist and a chemist.
At Allchemy.eu, professionalism is of our utmost interest. Our team consists of a neuropsychologist, a pharmacist, a chemist, a psychologist, and a physicist. We don't just “do business.” This is our passion and we test all available chemical agents on ourselves, selecting the most interesting ones while discarding those that we deem dangerous or harmful.
Do you value time and comfort? We ship our packages through DPD courier, Polish Post Office, and Inpost post boxes- every day! Orders made before 10 AM are shipped on the same day!
We care about your satisfaction. That is why you can always return an originally sealed product within 30 days of purchase, no reason necessary.
LABORATORY QUALITY TESTING
The products found in our catalog come from tested and trusted sources, are certified, and undergo laboratory analyses- i.e HPLC, GC, TLC; 1 H NMR spectroscopy, IR, AAS, and the physiochemical parameters -temperature melting point, pH, humidity.
Vaccuum packaging protects our chemical agents from the effects of oxygen and air moisture. Oxygen is a very reactive compound that causes the oxidation and breakdown of certain compounds, while water facilitates the development of bacteria and processes of hydrolysis. Thanks to the vaccuum packaging of sensitive compounds, our clients receive top quality products that can also be kept for later use. Nevertheless, it is important to remember to tightly reseal the packaging by removing any air from the bag and precisely closing the seal. This will pay off!
